There is a sum of L 1,200 for Wakanui protective works, to be paid to Government by special rate in the district of the Wakanui protective works by 15 yearly payments of LIOB each—first payment to be made Ist May, 1885 There is also a sum of LI,OOO to be pa'd to the Government Insurance Department at 7 percent., by special rate in the district—first payment on April 1, 1885, LI,OOO, to be refunded on Ist October, 1900. 4 545 1
