Plaintiff wrote a letter to witness attacking the Committee generally, and defendant in particular. To this the defendant replied, making allegations which form the subject of the alleged libel. Important to Photographers. At the City Court Mr Carew held that a photographer’s premises came under the operations of the Factories {Act, and inflicted nominal penalties for certain breaches.
