Grace and Bonn, the Pakeran and Pukehoe land dispute, was heard before Justice Gillies yesterday and to-day. His Honor intimated that as the matter was of considerable Importance he would take time to ob&sider his decision,' which would probably be delivered on the next sitting of the Court on the 15th April. It is said whatever may be the decision in the Su£teme Court, the matter will be taken jto the Court of Appeal, and from there to the Privy 'Council This will probably necessitate that Messrs E.
