[rEOTKb's TELEGRAMS —COPYRIGHT. ] A Colonial Navy. | London, March 16. \ In the House of Lords to-day Lord Northbrook, the First Lord of the Admiralty, announced that the Colonies Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, had applied to the Imperial Government for advice as to the formation of a Colonial Navy, and the Admiralty had replied it would readily assist the colonies in the matter, and indeed was anxious to do so.
