BULLOCK (in conjunction with Messrs Friedlander Bros.), has received instructions from Robert Wilkin, Esq., to offer by Public Auction, at the Arcade, on an early date, A portion of that well-know Property Grove Farm, which is now being divided into Suburban Building Allotments, fronting Carter's terrace, Graham’s road and Grove street, and Is known to contain some of the moat valuable Suburban Property that has ever been offered to the public in this district, and the locality Is everything that can be desired. The road from the end of the bridge (Garter’s terrace) is now being fenced on both sjdes to the Boundary road leading to the main thoroughfare to Longbeach.
