All this morning’s work was done on the tan gallop, and was not very interesting. Adamant, who is in 'good nick, covered throe or four rounds at fair speed,, shaping well. Taiaroa and Captain Webster were out, but only the first named worked, going three times round, the latter part fast. Of Keen’s string Lady Gertrude and Matanaka were restricted to walking exercise. Mokoiafand Rubezahl went between two and three miles steady. Lady Emma looks and goes well.
