The business carried on for some years by John Orr, and known as Orr and Co., Importers of Hardware, Drapery and General Merchandise, and* that carried on by Robert Alcorn, as General Merchant, has been AMALGAMATED and will in future be carried on under the style of ORR & ALCORN, in the premises hitherto occupied by Orr and Co. The premises in Saunders's Buildims, occupied by Robert Alcorn, will for the present be kept open and where goods will be Sold at the Lowest Prices for Cash, but the Offices of the new fi'-m will be at Orr and Co’s Buildings on and after Monday, the 16th instant. The Motto of the new firm will be small profits, small advertisements, large stocks and a large turnover.
