On TUESDAY, the 3rd day of February, 1885, MR THOMAS BULLOCK will, by direction of the Sheriff of Canterbury, acting under a writ of sale issued out of the above Court, at the suit of the abovenamed plaintiffs, sell by Auction at the Arcade. Burnett street, Ashburton, in the said judicial district of Canterbury, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1885, at one o’clock in the afternoon, All the Equity of Redemption of the defendant, Adolphus Moore, and in all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 498 acres 1 rood 28 perches more or leas, being rural section numbered 27572 in the Hinds Survey District, subdivided into four paddocks, and | well watered with a County waterrace. The above property will be sold in one let w'itii 198 acres turnips, sown down, with grass growing thereon, possession of which can be given at once, and the balance of 300 acres now In crop, on or about the Blst day of March. The land is subject to a mortgage of L 750 and interest at the rate of per cent, per annum, the mortgage being redeemable on the 15th day of September, 1885. The Officer executing the writ is Alexander Lean, Esq., Christchurch, Sheriff of Canterbury. The solicitor of the plaintiffs issuing the writ is W. H.
