To the Editor. Plß,—--I enclose a copy of a letter received by me to-day from the Minister of Public Works in reply to an enquiry from me re a reduced and re-adjusted nulwsy tariff. The copy of the new tariff, referred to in the letter as enclosed, ' did not accompany it, but I believe it is contained in the last Gazette, lam, etc., W. 0. Walker. Valetta, Jan. 17,1885.
