Prorogation of Parliaments Melbourne, Yeaterday, Parliament was prorogued this after* noon by his Excellency the Governoor, who, in the course of his speech on the occasion, remarked that the session had been distinguished by the magnitude and fruitfulness of the labors under* taken.
