The Te A roha monthly gold yield is 776 ounces from 650 trucks. The Property Tax. Wellington, To-day. The date fixed for the payment of the Property Tax amounting to sums under L 259, and the first moiety of sums over that amount, is the 2nd December. The other moiety is due on the 2nd February. Ten per cent, will be added to all tax due in December and unpaid on January sth. Direct Steamers. Dunedin, To-day. The Kaikoara left the Cape on the 17th instant for Hobart.
