The first innings of the risitora closed for 202, towards which total the highest contributors were— Shrewsbury, c, 80 ; Barnes, b, 61; Briggs, o, 33 The Victorians wont in and at the close of the day’s play had scored 118 with six wicketa cown. Horan made 37, Trimble 20, Mainon 21 and Walters (not out) with 26.
