RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards*' os whom they may appoint; their decision on all points in carrying put the programme to be final. 2. Canterbury Jockey Club Racing Rules strictly adhered to. 3. A district horse shall mean any horse whose owner has resided in tho‘ Mount Hutt or South Rakaia Road Board districts, or Alford Forest as far as Bowyet’s Stream, thence along Thompson’s Track to Mitcham for three months immediately preceding thoraces, and baa been their bond fide property during that time--4 Five per cant will be deducted from the gross of all monies payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 5.
