Notice is hereby given that this Council having applied for aid under The Roads and Bridges Construction Act 1882, now demand under Section 49, of the said Act, a Poll of ratepayers as follows : 1- The works proposed to be undertaken . consist of the erection of bulwark, embankment, excavations, and willow planting, the estimate coat of which works is £1,200 2. The amount of yearly' payments required to be made by the said Council is £IOB 6a 4d, and the amount of Special Rate to meet f them is three-eights of a penny on the value of the rateable district (plans of which is on view at this office) 3.
