Notice is hereby given that this Council having applied for aid under The Roads and Bridges Construction Act 1882, now demand under Section 49, of the said Act, a Poll of ratepayers as follows : 1- The works proposed to be undertaken consist of the erection of bulwark, embankment, excavations, and willow planting, the estimate cost of which works is £1,200 2. The amount of yearly payments required to be made by the said Council is £IOB 6s 4d, and the amount of Special Rate to meet them is tjiree-eights of a penny on the value of ttys rateable district (plans of which is on view at this office) 3. The plans and specifications and detailed estimates of the cost of the proposed works may be seen at the office of the County Council during the ordinary business hours on Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 4.
