Railway Notice. ZEALAND RAILWAYS (Christchurch Section). SOUTH CANTERBURY STEEPLECHASE MEETING AT TIMARU, JULY 11th, 18S4. Saturday Return Tickets for Titnaru will be issued at Christchurch, Oamaru, and intermediate stations on the ilth July, and will be available for return on the 11th or 12 July. The South express will STOP at ashdyke (if required), to allow passengers to join a Special Train for the racecourse platform at Waahdyke. Passengers from the racecourse platform for north of Washdyke leave by Special Train at 4.35 p. m. and transfer at Washdyke into tbe 4.35 p.m. train from Timaru to Ashburton. FREDK.
