The prospectus of the new Oriental Bank Corporation is now being issued, and it is expected that the company will be floated next month. London, June 26. Speaking in the Reichstag yesterday, 1 Prince Bismarck referred to the proposed 1 annexation of New Guinea and other islands of the Pacific, and ridiculed the idea that the Australian colonies had any .claim to monopolise tnem. Berlin newspapers d ny that England is entitled to annex New Guinea.
