IN the District Court of Ashburton, (being a Local Court of Bankruptcy) holden at Ashburton, In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883 Notice is hereby given that JOSEPH TATE, RICHARD ROLSTON, and MARK ANTHONY, all of Ashburton, in the Provincial District of Canterbury and colony of New Zealand, farmers, heretofore carrying on business together as farmers in co-partnership, have this day been adjudicated bankrupts in the said Court.
