RULES AND REGULATIONS. Ir No entry will be received _ excep, upon the condition .that all disputes claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. 2. Ashburton Racing Club rules strictly adhered to. 3. Horses will not be qualified to compete in the Hunter’s Hurdle Race andHunt Club Cup, unless they have been fairly hunted to the satisfaction of the Committee during the present season with the Ashburton hounds, and have been commonly resident in the Ashburton County from May Ist, 1884, and up to the date of the forthcoming meeting and ' owned by members of the Ashburton Hunt Club who have resided in the same County during the same period. 4. All nominations to be accompanied by entrance fees and age of horse and colors of rider, and in the hands of the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on Saturday, 26th July, 1884. Weights will be declared about Thursday, 31st July, 1884, and acceptances must bo in the hands of the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on Tuesday, sth August, 1884. S.
