At the inquest this morning on the fire at St John’s Church an open verdict was returned. Licensing. Christchurch, To-day. At the St Albana and Christchurch South-west Licensing meetings to day all the licenses were granted except one, which was adjourned for plans of a new builling to be submitted. '
