At the Supreme Court m the civil case, of Powell v Harcoiirt (Wellington) for claim relative to a bill of sale over Foote’s estate, Mr Travers, of Wellington, appeared for the defendant. The Judge granted a nonsuit with costs. Mr Hutchison, of Wanganui, appeared for the plaintiff. In the divorce case, Addison v Addison, a rule nisi was granted. A Compensation Case. Dunedin, To day. In Andrews v the Corporation of Dun edin, the Compensation Court awarded the claimant L 1,300, each party to pay their own costs.
