Telegraphic information received from Akatoa states that Mr Nalder, senior, solicitor, dropped dead in tha street this - morning. The Takapoua Enquiry. Dunedin, To-day. Tha Court of enquiry found that the damage to the Takapuna was caused off 4 Cape Kgmoat, and was the result of careless navigation through Captain Jones’s default, and the want of experience of the ' second mate. They come up for judgment : to-morrow.
