RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. 2. Canterbury Jockey Club Racing Rules strictly adhered to. 3. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the Ashburton County from January Ist, 1884, and up to the date of the forthcoming meeting and owned by a person who has resided in the said County during the samepleriotj. ; . • 4. ’ Five per cent, will be deducted from ? the gross of all monies payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course, 5.
