MOUNT SOMERS SPORTS.

These annual sports came off in a p iddock of Mr MoLymont, kindly lent for the occasion. Tne attendance was small in coi,sequence of the weather. Although it rained all day there were several conveyances on the course with a number of the fair sex, and notwithstanding the constant downpour they staye 1 ail day determined to see the fun. Mr Peacha acted as judge, Mr Potts as starter, Mr Morrison as clerk of the courua, and Mr Hood as clerk of the scales. They all gave general satis faction.
