RULES. 1, All horses entered for races Nos. 1 and sDto5 D to have been owned in the County three months prior to races, 2. Three horses the bona fide propertj’ of different owners to start or no race. 3, No protest will be entertained unless made thirity, minu'es after the race has been run, and a deposit of 20s be lodged at the same time, which shall be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. 4. Entrance for races Nos. 1, 3 and 5 to be lodged in the hands of the Secretary nut later than 9 p.m on Monday, December 24th.

ROLES: No one will be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half a guinea to the fund, or when the prize is' L2O or over, one guinea. All horses to have been owned in the County three months prior to the races. Three horses to start or no race. No protest will be entertained unless LI be deposited with the Secretary within hO minutes after the race is run, which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove frivilous. No one allowed to train a horse on the course one week before tho races, under penalty of being disqualified. In event of a walk-over only half of the stakes will be awarded.
