All horses entered for races Nos. 1 and 5 to have been owned in the County three months prior to races. 2. Three horses the bona fide property of different owners to start or no race. 3. No protest will be entertained unless madethirity minuses after the race has bsen run, and a deposit of 20s be lodged at the same time, which shall be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. 4. Entrance for races Nos. 1, 3 and 5 to be lodged in the hands of the Secretary not later than 9 p.m on Monday, December 24th. 5. Qualification fee in race* shall be 10s. 6. District horses to be owned by persons residing in the old Mount Somers Road Board district, three months prior to races. 7.
