General rules of Ashburton Racing Olub and; Canterbury Jockey, Club racing rules'strictly adhered to, and new Scale of weight for age adopted. ! . 3. Eive per cent, will ba deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with programme, ’ for expenses of the course. 4. All disputes, claims; and objections arising oat of the racing shall he decided by : the stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points' connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final, and entries will only be received subject to these conditions. 5.
