The body of Charles Lockhart, aged 42, was found off the end of the Eattray street wharf this morning. The deceased, who was a fisherman and of intemperate habits, had been missing since the 7th inst. When last seen he was in a dingy making for a lighter in the bay, on which he slept, and the dingy was found capsized the next day.
