No protest will be entertained unless LI be deposited with the Secretary within bO minuses after the race is run, which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove frivilous. No one allowed to train a horse on the course one week before the races, under penalty of being disqualified. In event of a walk-over only half of the stakes will be awarded.
