RULES: No one will be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half a guinea to the fund, or when the prize is L2O or over, one guinea. All horses to have been owned in the County three months prior to the races. Three horses to start or no race. No protest will be entertained unless LI be deposited with the Secretary within bO minutes after the race is run, which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove frivilous. No one allowed to train a horse on the course one week before the races, under penalty of being disqualified. In event of a walk over only half of the stakes will be awarded. Programme for Athletic Spurts will be advertised on the 22nd Nov.
