In the matter < f ihe Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and the several Acts amending the same, and in the bankruptcy of ROBERT JOHN FOLEY, of Ashburton, gentleman. Notice'ls hereby given that the abovenamed debtor has this day filed in the above Court a declaration that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
