SEPARATE TENDERS will be received at this office up to noon of -SATURDAY, 17th November, for the LEASE of the REFRESHMENT ROOMS at Christchurch, Ashburton, Timaru, Studhome Junction, Oamaru, and Palmerston Railway Stations, for a period of three years from the Ist January, 1884. Tenders are to be addressed to the General Manager N- w Zealand Railways, Wellington, and m iked outside “ Tender for Leasing Refreshment-rooms at station,” and must be accompa-ied by a cheque in favor of the Receiver General’s Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order, specially marked by a banker as good for 21 days, for the amount of deposit named in the specification and conditions of lease, copies tf which may be seen at the abovenamed stations, and also at the Railway Station and 1 raffic Superintendent’s offi e, Dunedin and this office.
