A gentleman rider shall be deemed to be one who has riot ridden for hire during the past five years. 5. All entries and nominations to be accompanied by entrance fees, name and age of horse, and colors of rider, and in the hands of the Secretary, addressed to Quill’s Hotel, not later than 9 p m. on Thursday, November Ist. Weights for the first day’s Handicaps and Open Hurdle Race will be published on Friday, November 9tb. Weights for other Handicaps will be published at 8 p.m. on the evening of the first day’s racing. 6. Acceptances for the first day a Handicaps and Open Hurdle Race to be paid to: the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. .on Tuesday, November 13th; acceptances for other Handicaps at 9 p. m. evening of first day’s racing. . . .7.
