I have two infallible remedies (No. J, deafness arising from colds ; 2. the thickening of the parts of the Tympanum) from recipes sent me by those world-A iown Aurists, the late and present -cnior Surgeons • f the Royal Dispensary f.jr Diseases of the Ear.—Send stamp « for particulars to T. B. fIANNA- ; ford, Auckland, N.Z. 1270 JQR HELLBHON’S WORM CAKJSS These Cakes are principally prepared from Herbs, and do not contain any dan* gerously active ingredients. They have 4 wonderful effect in curing children, as well as grown persona, by removing the worms. They have been with grea suo- , ess.introduey into the principal families in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. They are guaranteed to do away, in a very short time, with many serious complaints like Bronchitis, Piles, Dicers, Ulcerated Throats, etc., if taken in time, as these sicknesses are often caused by. worms of ■all kinds, especiolly by the Tape Worm, and by the most dangerous Thread Worm, which, if not destroyed in time, will soon create the nardly-curafcle Worm Fever. The smallest, the Thread Worm, will more than any other worm penetrate through all the crevices of the body up to the brain. An example was recently wit nessed, where a child falling continually into fits (the parents not knowing the cause) at last died with the brain affected by the too fatal Thread Worm. Still more, recently there was a case, a grown man • ■whose seat was affected by the Thread Worm, and o' remedies, wimouti o.iect was directly t relieved by a dose of 1 DR HEILBRON’S Worm Cakes. E e o e e is d [- n , :t B ,o ile 7 3te 5, -1n i iy L d II v e 8 There are cases where the worms come away that they almost can be counted then often they come away in whole clots and sometimes in a.thick and slimy stuff, and although not so perceptible, still they are caused to leave by Dr Heilbron’s Worm Cakes. And there have been other cases where children affected with Worms, when coughing or sneezing, do discharge them through the mouth and none.: The symptoms of Worms are generally as follows :—Lassitude, Giddiness, Depression of Spirits, Impaired Appetite (which if not acted against, will engender diseases of the bile), Disorder of the Stomach and Digestive Organs, Sick Headaches, Vomiting, Disturbed Sleep, and many more serious complaints, including Fits, of which last many persona have been cured by these Worm Cakes. No time should be lost in removing these Worms, else the consequence will bo aeri ous, as they will increase in size and quantity, and ultimately spread throughout the intestines.’‘ If Worms' I 'are neglected for a time they will do so much damage as to make it beyond human skill to restore and reorganise the system of. digestive organs. - T -, - . ; ’VJ ] DIRECTIONS FOB USE. 1 The quantity of these. Worm Cakes to be taken at a dose depends mostly oh the age and constitution of the patient. In moat oases a couple of doses will drive the worms away for many years, if not entirely. As a standard : A'dose for, a child up to 2, years will be half a Cake. ; from 3to 4 years old, one whole Cake ; from 4 to 8 years, one Cake and a half; from 81 j 14, two Cakes; and so to increase with the age, but never more than four Oakes at one dose. Grown females may generally take three Cakes at a dose, and grown, men four Cakes, according to constitution. The nfpst effective way of using these Worm Oakes is by taking the dossbefore going to bed, and on the following morning to take a cup of hot tea before breakfast. As I am not certain how long I may stay in this town, and as these Worm Cakes can be obtained at a very small expense families will do well to have always, a small supply of them at their houses. ’ Orders for the Country promptly MRS E.
