In the matter*of the Debtors and Credi- ' tors Act, 1876, the several Acts amending the same and of the bankruptcy of JOSEPH HASKETT, of Methven, saddler, a debtor. This is to notify that Joseph Haskett, of Methven, saddler, has this day filed in the above honorable Court a declaration of his inability to meet his engagements with his creditors.
