[eEUTEr’s TELEGRAMS —COPYRIGHT.] An Irish Outrage. London, Sept. 4. Accounts are to hand of a dastardly outrage which has been committed at New Ross, County Wexford. A party of forty harvesters, who were engaged in getting in crops on property in the vicinity of the town, were boycotted by the residents. Subsequently, however, they were supplied with food, which proved to have been poisoned. The atrocity was successful,, two of the men having died, and the others being in a critical state. The Trouble in Croatia. Vienna, Sept 3. It is announced that a military commander is to be appointed to administer the government of the province of Croatia, in the place of the Viceroy who has hitherto filled the post.

London, Sept 4., Telegrams are to hand from China reporting that 15,000 Chinese troops have crossed the frontier into Tonquin, and that an outbreak of hostilities with the French forces may be expected shortly. The intelligence has not yet been confirmed.

The British in EgyptIt is announced that the British force now in occupation of Egypt will be shortly reduced to 3,000 men. Withdrawals will be made during October and November.
