' V . - Mr Moss brought up the report of tho ;" Public Accounts Committee; It recom- \ mended that the Public Revenue Aot*-' should be amended so as to prevent public money being paid after the 31st of March in any year ; that the travelling expenses : of members of Waste Lands Boards should' 3 bo augmented to 10s a day, and travailing allowances to members of Royal Commisf ; siohs to 20s per day.
