■-—# Medicall DEAFNESS.— Quacks calling them selves “ Doctors,” are utterly ruin- ' ing the organs of hundreds suffering from' deafness, charging from L 5 to L2O for'so doing. I have two infallible remedies' (No 1, deafness a-ising from colds ; Nd. J ‘2, the thickening of the parts of the Tympanum) from r cipes sent me by those world-known Aurists, the late and pfe- ■ sent >enior .Surgeons i f the Royal Dispensary for Diseases of the Ear.—Send-' i stamps for particulars to T. B. fI aNVA* 1 I fokd, Auckland, JN.Z. 1270 . R aElLßiiON’rf WORM CAKES These Cakes are principally prepared, from Herbs, and do not contain any den*' gerously active ingredients. They a* wonderful effect in curing children, oswell as grown persona, by removing the worms. They have been with grea suo- . ess introduey into the principal families in Europe, Australia, ami New Zealand. They are guaranteed to do away, in a very, short time, with many serious complaints like Bronchitis, Fibs, Dicers, Ulcerated Throats, etc., if taken in time, as these sicknesses are often caused by worms of all kinds, especiolly by the Tape Worm', and by the most dangerous Thread Worm, which, if not destroyed in time, will soon create the i.ardly-curable Worm Fever. The smallest, the Thread Worm, will mpre than any other worm penetrate through, all the crevices of the body up, to the brain. An example was recently wit nessed, where a child falling continually nto fits (the parents not knowing the cause) at last died with the brain .affected by the too fatal Thread Worm. Still mere recently there was a case, a grown snap whose seat was affected by the Thread Worm, and who, after trying many sorts of remedies, without effect was directly relieved by a dose of , i- . - DR HEILBRON’S Worm Cakes. There are cases where the worms come away that they almost can be counted', then often they come away in whole clots and sometimes in a thick and slimy stuff, and although not so still tliey are caused to leave by Dr Heilbron’s Worm Cakes. And there have been other cases where children affected with Worms, when coughing or sneezing, do discharge them through the mouth and nose. ' , ’ The symptoms of Worms are generally as follows .—Lassitude, Giddiness, Depression of Spirits, Impaired Appetite (which if not acted against, will engender diseases of the bile), Disorder of, the Stomach and Digestive Organs, Sick Headaches, Yomiting, Disturbed Sleep, and many more serious complaints, including Fits, of which last many persons have been cured by these Worm Cakes. No time should be lost in removing these Worms, else the consequence will be serious, as they will increase in size ' and quantity, and ultimately spread thrpughr out the intestines. If Worms , are neglected for a time they will do so much damage as to make it beyond human skill to restore and reorganise the system of digestive organs. DIRECTIONS FOB USB. , , ■ The quantity of these Worm Cakes to be taken at a dose depends mostly on the age and constitution of the patient. ‘lll most cases a couple of doses will drive the worms away for many years, if not entirely. As a standard : A dose for a child up to 2 years will be half a Cake ; from 2 to 4 years old, one whole Cake ; from 4 to 8 years, one Cake and a half ; from B.to 14, two Cakes ; and so to increase with the age, but never more than four Cakes at one dose. Grown females may generally take three Cakes at a dose, and grown men four Cakes, according to constitution. The most effective way of using these Worm Cakes is by taking the dose before going to bed, and on the following morning to take a cup of hot tea before breakfast. '

gS* As I am not certain how long I may stay in this town, and as these Worm Cakes can be obtained at a very small expense families will do well to have always a small supply of them at their houses.
