The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, limited, report of the - Sydney maikets, under date Aug g, as fol*y ‘ lows Wool : A few parcels of scoured have been offered within the past few days, and prices show some little improvement, first K-V- combing making up to 21 per lb, and first clothing — Sheepskins : The better descriptions meet with good competition at late rates, but medium and inferior qualities are decidedly easier.—Tallow : This market exhibits no material change, all parcels coming forward being readily quitted at the following rates Best mutton up to L 37 ; best beef up to L 35 105 ; medium and inferior, L3O to L 32 10s. —Butter : There is no improvement in prices, though we are now gradually moving our stocks.
