In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, the several Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of FRANCIS FREDERICK CLAYTON, of Ashburton, tailor, a debtor. Notice is hereby given that the crtditors of the abovenamed debtor hav.ng friled to elect a creditors’ trustee, I hereby appoint William Richardson Boyle, of Ashburton, a Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, creditor*’ trustee fin this bankruptcy; and further, that the said William Richardson Boyle has this day filed in the above Court a written acceptance under his hand of the said Trusteeship.
