THE RISING IN SPAIN.

Intelligence having been received by the Government that revolutionary • designs had been manifested in the ranks of the military stationed near Logrono and Barcelona, large forces of loyal troops have been despatched to those places in view of a possible rising. Recently indications of revolutionary tendencies in the army have cadsed much alarm, and the Cabinet ; has, in consequence issued a proclamation announcing the suspension of the Constitution now existing in Spain. News is to hand frpm Barcelona that a number of insurgents who had congregated near that town have dispersed, owing to the intelligence that a force of troops is on its way to the scene. V
