The Christchurch Cathedral Square Bill was read a second time. The Murihuku Native Iveserves Grants Bill, the Destitute Persons Act Amendment Bill, the New River Harbor Endowment Bill, and the Massey Frauds Indemnity Bill were read a third time. The Westland Education Districts Subdivision B:ll wfca passed through Committee. The Council rose at 4 20 p.m.
