Part Reserve 774, containing about 17 perches, having a frontage on East street 62 - 65 links, and running back 170 links, adjoining the properties of Messrs Beaty and Patching ; lease to bo for 21 years from Ist November, 1881. 2. Part Reserve 1642, c< ntaining about 16 perches, having a frontage on Bast street of 83'4 links, and on Cox street of 121 4 links. This lot will also be leased for 21 years from November 1, j 881. 3. Town Sections 1066 to 1075 and 1076 to 1085, less roadway on the eastern boundary. This reserve will be let in two lots for 5 years from Ist September, 1883. 4.
