In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and the several Acts amending the same, and in the bankruptcy of FRANCIS FREDERICK CLAYTON, of Ashburton, tailor, a debtor. Notice is hereby given that the abovenamed debtor has this day hied in the above Court a declaration of his inability to meet his engagements with his creditors.
