IN THE LOBBY.
[from our parliamentary correspondent.] Wellington, To-day. I hear that Mr Stout has telegraphed to Mr Macandrew stating that a certain warder of the Dunedin gaol, who refuses to give evidence against Mr Caldwell, has received notice of dismissal. Mr Macandrew is asked to bring the matter before the attention of Parliament. Members say the session will terminate three weeks hence.
