TENDERS are invited for the purchase cf the above well-known Hotel, in which the Proprietor has carried on easiness very successfully during the last eight or nine years, and the reason he is now disposing of it is that ho is about devoting his attention to farming. The Terminus of the Mount Somers Railway, when the present contract is completed (about October next), will be within miles of the Hotel. A Coach runs at the present time to meet all Trains, and the Proprietor having a contract to convey the mails, the interest in this will be given to the purchaser. There is a ten-stalled stable, loose boxes, etc., near the Hotel; also a paddock of fifteen acres, which may be tendered fer either with the Hotel or separately.
