It has transpired that Sir Charles Rivers Wilson, one of the representatives of Great Britain in the Council of the Suez Canal Company, has been despatched by the Cabinet to Paris to confer with Count de Lesseps with a view of carrying into effect the agreement which was come toon the nth instant fcr the construction of a second Suez Canal.
