In terms of the resolution passed at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, 19th instant, the Directors have determined to at once OFFER to the PUBLIC 1,000 of the NEW SHARES of the Company at 10s premium, and they now INVITE APPLICATIONS for:the same, which will be received till 31st; July, 1883.
