In terms of the resolution passed at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, 19th instant, the Directors have determined to at once OFFER to the PUBLIC 1,000 of the NEW SHARES of the Company at 10s premium, and they now INVITE APPLICATIONS for the same, which will be received till 31st July, 1883. The following are the terms upon which the shares are offered :—£l 10s cash on application (which includes the premium); £1 payable on 30th September, 1883 ; £1 payable on 30th December, 1883 ; £1 payable on 30th March, 1884 ; and £1 payable on 30th June, 1884 ; which will make the amount paid up on the new shares equal to the old, viz., £5. The amount of the premium received on the sale of these shares is to be applied exclusively in the formation of a reserve fund. All allotments will be made as soon as possible after July 3Lst, and should the total of the applications exceed the number of shares available for allotment, an apportionment will be made.
