The building ia of brick) with a concrete cellar, which can be extended underground at a very small cost, and is quite new, having been erectedjabout twelve months/; The Building and Plant is all of firstclass quality, well arranged and very com plete, and with the connection already established it is anticipated that there will be no difficulty in extending the business, with the influence of the Company and capital, throughout Canterbury, but particularly throughout the Ashburton pbuUfy. ; > - >■; The success which has attended the Brewery-Companies in every part of the world offers a great inducement to capitalists and investors to take up shares ift Companies of -this- description,; and the promoters have ' the greatest confidence in the success of the proposed Company, and'have agreed to take One Thousand Pounds’ worth of fully paid up shares should the Company desire them to do so. -It is further proposed to obtain the services of a first-class brewer, to ensure a large and profitable trade being done. It is proposed to issue 2,000 shares only at present, but it will be left to the dis cretion of the Provisional Directors to issue as many shares as they think desir able. The remaining shares will be issued to the public (preference being given to existing shareholders) as the requirements of the Company develope, and it is confidently believed that a substantial premium wilEbe:obtained bn them, as in the case of other Brewery Companies, such premiums to be placed toa reserve fund, and thereby strengthen the position of the Com pany.
